REFUND AND returns policy
All goods are checked before they leave The Fluffkins Headquarters and are sold as perfect.
We are happy to replace or refund and pay return standard carriage (within 28 days) on any defective items if returned with proof of purchase when faulty materials or workmanship has caused the problem.
However, if an item has been damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or after fair wear and tear Fluffkins Ltd accepts no responsibility.
As a gesture of goodwill, we will refund any new and unused item if returned within 28 days and still with tags and original packaging.
If the item is damaged while in transit, it is down to you to take the matter up with the relevant party i.e. Postal, Courier, or Insurance Company.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have passed since your purchase, we can not offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
